(A blend of Yellow and Brown Seeds, Chilli and spices this mustard goes well with Barbequed meats).

 

Tewkesbury Mustard

(Based on a traditional regional recipe. This coarse ground mustard is blended with fresh Horseradish root, an ideal accompaniament for Roast beef).

 

Green Peppercorn & Herb Mustard

(Perfect with grilled steak or mixed with a little cream to make a sauce for Chicken).

 

Wholegrain Mustard

(A blend of Yellow and Brown seeds with spices and White Wine Vinegar, great with Pork).

 

 

Cider and Tarragon Mustard

(Local Broome Farm Cider blended with vinegar, fresh Tarragon and a mix of Yellow and Brown seeds is a perfect match for Pork).

 

Lemon and Dill Mustard

(Lemon juice and dill weed mixed with White Wine and the milder Yellow Seed makes a mustard suitable for Fish and Chicken).

Pale Ale and Jalapeno Mustard

(Preserved Jalapenos and Pale Ale mixed withYellow seeds only gives a fruity yet mild mustard perfect with white meats-contains Gluten from Barley Malt).

 

Admiral May's Real Ale Mustard

(Admiral May Real Ale blended with savoury spices gives a strong and aromatic mustard great with red meat).
