Preserving was first used to help keep a supply of food through the months of winter when food was scarce and in short supply. Now we can use the preserving methods to add flavour and texture allowing us to enjoy home grown food all year long.



We have created our products to give a variety of flavours which range from conventional yet tasty Plum Jam to the more unusual Beetroot and Horseradish Relish. The following pages list the various products we stock along with a brief description of the item.







Here at Pickled Tink Preserves we pride ourselves in using locally grown fruit and vegetables, where possible, to produce homemade Jams, Marmalades, Mustards and Chutneys.
